GWENT police is appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of 22 year old Perry Smith who is a patient at Llanarth Court Hospital, Abergavenny after he failed to return from escorted leave in Abergavenny town centre last Friday (21st August).

Perry is described as white with a shaved head. He was wearing a green waterproof short coat, brown Krishna t-shirt, black linen trousers and black Vans trainers with white soles. He was carrying a green camouflage rucksack.

Members of the public are asked to call police if they do see Perry, as it is believed he may be a potential risk without his medication.

If anyone knows of his whereabouts they are asked to call 101 quoting log number 201 22/08/15.
