The 15th annual Live on the Wye music festival returns to Redbrook on June 6 until the 7.
Live on the Wye returns to Redbrook in the heart of the Wye Valley, the event is a local volunteer- led music festival run by Redbrook Village Trust.
It remains an annual go-to event for music lovers and families alike and raised over £6000 for local community projects last year.
This year provides a range of music genres, homegrown local talent and emerging musical talent.
Festival Saturday opens at 12pm on June 7 and opening the festival is Monmouth Male Voice choir.
The afternoon will continue with entertainment from the Earl Band, Monmouth Big Band, The Godseys, Americana and country rock style.
The festival parade returns late afternoon with field-based performances from choir singers and D’Jabot drummers who will lead the festival across the field in celebration of this year's festival theme which is ‘Live on the Wye.’
There will be more talent on the main stage from singer songwriter Bella Collins, and The Rogues, a five-piece indie rock band from Newport who will be on stage for their Emerging artist's slot.
Live on the wyeare proud to be supporting emerging artists, the bands debut was live at Rockfield Studios which was recorded in October 2023 with producer Nick Brine.
Taynee Lord and The Vespas will provide female vocal energy for their two main stage sundowner slots.
The final performance of the festival moves to the Tom Lord marquee for the after the dark party where they re-recreate the spirit of the 1950’s from an Elivis presley tribute Evan King.
There will be an Imaginarium children zone of an array of activities like drumming, workshops, face painting, bouncy castles and a silent disco for teens and above.
