With late drama in both of the previous games, it was no surprise that it happened again.
Keeper Griffiths failed to show and with no stand-in keeper available it was Dembicki who offered to take the gloves.
The first half was a fairly tame affair with passes going astray on a bumpy pitch, but it was Raglan that got the breakthrough as Tony Rennie flicked in a Murphey corner.
Usk drew level before the break.
Oxford was replaced by Dumbell early in the second half, which enabled Jordan and Lane to push on.
