With reference to the article 'Back in Blooming Business' (Beacon 9th February), we are delighted to see that the Environmental Committee of Monmouth Town Council have responded so positively to Penny Thomas' presentation and our requests for floral displays to brighten up our town.
We hope that local people, businesses, schools and other organisations, will give their full support to this campaign and look forward to seeing Monmouth in bloom again.
