May I say a big thank you to everyone who sponsored my half-mile swim followed by a mile cycle ride. Their generosity raised £444 for Home Start, Monmouth.

My thanks to Ian McDonald, manager of Monmouth School Sports Club and his very helpful team for their support.

Ian provided a swim lane for the event which took place on 20th September and with a member of the team monitored the distance and provided written confirmation.

Home Start based at Bridges Monmouth gives practical support to mothers with children under five years of age.
