Greeks at Whitchurch

PUPILS in Years 5 and 6 at Whitchurch CE Primary School took part in a day of Greek activities. Organised by teacher Mrs Jill Allen the day saw the children come to school dressed as Greeks, build temples from newspaper, cook and eat Greek food, make masks and perform plays, create Greek codes, play maze games and finish off with their own mini indoor Olympic Games. The day successfully brought together the various aspects of Greek life and proved to be enjoyable for all involved
