I am trying to trace my family history in Monmouthshire. My great-grandmother was Mary Elizabeth Morris (married Thomas Clarence Porter in Monmouthshire on 10th July 1884). I think Mary Elizabeth's father was John Albert Morris, whose wife's name was Catherine. Mary and Thomas had a son, born in Caerleon in 1885.
I would really like to find out more about the Morris family. Information about Catherine and any antecedents on either side would be very gratefully received.
