I read that Natural Resources Wales are of the view that the flood modelling is not conclusive, even though there is a minimum of seven hours notice of any potential flooding, and Mr O’Connor, MCC’s planning officer has recommended refusal.

Why is this when NRW’s own premises are only a short distance from the proposed site?
