FILL Your Boots is a campaign being run by the staff and volunteers at Old Station Tintern in an effort to add a bit of Spring colour to the award winning site.

The team are asking people to fill old walking boots, running shoes or wellies with spring flowers and then dropped them off at Old Station to be displayed in the gardens.

Already the pupils at The Dell primary school Green Fingers Club have joined in the fun and have donated their boots to the Old Station.

John Sterry the site manager at Old Station said, "We were delighted to be given the boots from The Dell and they have received lovely comments from our visitors and have really brightened up our garden. We would be happy to receive some more boots!'

Sheena Houghton of the Friends of Old Station added, "We have a small memorial garden where we would like to put some of the boots and shoes, so you could always bring along one in memory of a loved one."
