Lewis Hutton’s planned ‘Swingin’ into Christmas’ Cabaret Show on Saturday 13 December will now take place at the Savoy Theatre Monmouth following the floods which have affected Bridges Centre.

‘Its wonderful that we will be able to present the show at such a great venue as the Savoy after the effects of the flood which has affected so many people and local businesses. Even though we were originally sold out, there are now more tickets available and hopefully we help bring some entertainment and fun in the run up to Christmas’ says Lewis.

Lewis is a seasoned professional in vocal performance who began his career enchanting audiences in luxury resorts and aboard the renowned cruise ship ‘Queen Victoria.’ During his global voyages, Lewis not only entertained passengers on stage but also organized and directed guest choirs of up to120 individuals, showcasing his leadership and musical talent. He has been Musical Director of Monmouth Male Voice Choir for over four years and also runs the growing mixed ensemble ‘Good Day Choir’.

Lewis said: ‘I’m delighted that the Savoy is available and that we can use the proceeds from the show for the Mayor’s Flood Relief Fund. So many people have been affected but the response of the local community has been brilliant. Monmouth is a very special place, and I really want people to relax and have a great time at the show.
