GWENT police Monmouthshire officers seized an e-scooter which was found on Moor Street in Chepstow.

The e-scooter was seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act as it was being driven without a license and insurance.

The police also issued a reminder to the public that privately owned e-scooter cannot be legally ridden on public roads or pavements.
