Drybridge Street and Wonastow road are due for closure this weekend for resurfacing.

The closures will take place on 22 and 23 of June between the hours of 8am and 4pm each day but only one road will be closed at a time.

145 metres of road will be resurfaced on Drybridge Street between the junction of Rockfield Road and Cinderhill Street and the Wonastow Road will be closed between its junction with Rockfield Road and Williamsfield Lane (by the vets).

The diversion for Drybridge Road will be down Wonastow Road, to the Link Road and back through Portal Road to the filling station and Cinderhill Street or vice versa for traffic coming out of town.

Wonastow Road diversion will be Drybridge Street to Cinderhill Street to Portal Road, to the Link Road and back to the Wonastow Road or Portal Road to the Link Road for those motorists coming out of town wishing to access Wonastow Road.
