SIR, I am trying to get in contact with the driver of a BMW who witnessed an accident between a silver Volvo estate car and a motorhome on the A40 northbound near Raglan Services on Wednesday 8th October 2014 at approximately 2pm. The male driver of a dark coloured BMW stopped at the scene of the accident and said he lived locally and used the road daily. He also had a small dog in his vehicle. Any information regarding the witness would be gratefully appreciated as unfortunately I didn't get his details and I need them for insurance purposes.
