Police have charged a man in connection with a school bus crash outside Cross Ash Primary School in April.
A 59-year-old man has been charged with driving while being unfit through drugs, and driving without due care and attention.
He has been bailed to appear at Caerphilly Magistrates on 5th July.
The minibus overturned while taking children to school on the morning of Tuesday 12th April.
One pupil was taken to hospital with a suspected broken elbow, but none suffered serious injury.
