SIR,

I would like to thank everyone who helped organise Monmouth Carnival this year.

As with all events like this, it is the result of a lot of people's hard work and dedication.

Meetings have already started to discuss ideas for next year's carnival and I would like to invite anyone who would like to help in any way they can, to come to the next Monmouth Carnival committee meeting at 5pm in the Kings Head, Monmouth, on 13th December.
