A DECISION will be made by Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) within the next two weeks on the provision of play facilities on Chippenham Mead.

A lobby group is calling for a new playground to be situated further away from the present position following fears of air pollution from the nearby A40.

Section 106 money is presently available for refurbishment of the present play area, but will be returned to the developer if not used by 2017.
