The Coral Welsh National on Tuesday (27th December) was won by eight year old Le Beau Bai.
Racegoers came to Chepstow Racecourse in their thousands to enjoy the biggest day of the Welsh racing calendar and were not left disappointed, enjoying an exciting day of quality racing.
The main race of the day, The Coral Welsh National, offered a diverse field of horses, with Hereford-trained Le Beau Bai coming out on top.
The French-bred horse, ridden by jockey Charlie Poste, battled hard against the favourite, Giles Cross, to take the lead in the final stages.
