SIR, On Tuesday 9th September at 7.30pm, there will be a public meeting at Pen-y-Clawdd village hall to discuss the proposal for a 46m high wind turbine. On 7th October, there is a hearing with a planning inspector who will decide whether to uphold Monmouthshire County Council's rejection of this proposal or overturn it.
