SIR,
A dog was found wondering the main road near Llanishen on Wednesday morning, September 23rd.
He was not wearing a collar. After being walked, fed and watered later that day and whilst I was looking for a camera he slipped his new lead and ran off.
His colour is blond/brown very long haired that is very matted . He looks like a collie but stands barely 18 inches tall.
Notably he seems to enjoy rolling over for his belly to be tickled. He could have run off towards the woods separating The Narth and Whitebrook. Hopefully his owners can be found or he can be safely rehomed.
