CALDICOT-based band The Bug Club are going from strength to strength as they release their self titled debut EP this week.

Formed in late 2014, the band consists of duo Tilly Harris, 21, and Sam Willmett, 21, from Rogiet and Penhow respectively. The group combine driving melodic guitar and close vocal harmonies in their original songs, drawing influence from rock, folk, blues and roots music.

The Bug Club will be appearing on a new music show titled Exit 7 to be shown on the Made in Cardiff channel. They will be showcasing two songs from the CD along with an interview, with the show airing on December 11th at 9.00pm.

Their next performance is at the Iscoed Tafarn in Underwood on Friday 13th November at 9.00pm. The new CD will be available at the show.
