UPDATE: The delay is now cleared, and traffic is moving more freely.A BROKEN down van on the A40 southbound between Dixon Lane and the A466, Monmouth is causing very slow traffic and severe delays in the area.

One of the lanes is now blocked off and the average speed is currently 5mph.
