onmouth School's rugby team have been invited to take part in Gemau Cymru, a new national multi-sport event for young people.
Sixteen teams from across Wales have been invited to take part in a rugby tournament which forms part of the Gemau Cymru sport festival.
The team from Monmouth School, coached by John Bevan the Wales and British Lions rugby legend, have been invited by the Welsh Rugby Union following their success in different tournaments this season.
