SIR,

I would like to introduce a new party to you. We're called the Welsh Independent Party. Our chairman is Steve Davis.

We are different from any other political party; we fight for the rights of the public, we are ordinary working class people running the party, we listen to the public and act on what you want us to do.

We need another six committee members to make a total of 12. This is open to anyone who wants to be part of our party.

It is £5 to become a member and the committee members do not get paid for their work, unlike other parties.

We give our time free to try to make a difference. If it's important to you it's important to us.

A leaflet will soon be available explaining some of the policies we have been asked to deal with.
