Thanks to the residents of Cappers Place, Monmouth for creating a creative green masterpiece as their tribute to the heroes in the NHS.

They obviously did this while observing social distancing! They say they will try to upkeep it until the lockdown is over (or the council comes and mows it :))

A sponsored all day bike ride at Usk Garden Centre raised £350 after staff cycled 93 miles. One of their staff, Derek Anstey, recently received treatment at Velindre and the staff have got behind this effort to raise money for this amazing charity. As well as the bike ride some of the staff are planning to take part in the Cardiff half marathon on October 2.
