UPDATE 4th April: Gwent Police says Joseph Dylan Thomas has been located safe and well.

A MONKSWOOD teenager has been missing since yesterday afternoon (2nd April).

19-year-old Joseph Dylan Thomas was last seen at approximately 5pm on Sunday near to the A472 in Monkswood near Usk and has not been seen since.

Gwent Police officers are concerned for his wellbeing and are appealing for information to help locate him.

Joseph is described as white, with blue eyes, light brown hair in a parting and a moustache.
