A MOTOCROSS bike and a quadbike were just two of the many high value items targeted by thieves on Tuesday night.

Police are appealing for any information which might help track down the items from the Trellech Grange property.

A Gwent Police spokesperson said: “At approximately 11:30pm on 5th September 2017 a house in Trellech Grange was burgled and a blue and white motocross Yamaha 250cc with a gold fluid cap was taken.

“A green Yamaha quad bike worth approximately £4,000 and Stihl power tools were also stolen including an orange and white strimmer worth approximately £200, an orange and white leafblower worth approximately £150, two chainsaws worth £190 and £290 along with a Milwalkee drill set in a black and red box worth approximately £500.

“Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting log 69 09/09/17.”
