MONMOUTH Fire Station will open its doors to the public for a fundraising car wash and road traffic collision reduction event today.

Beginning at 9am, the event will run until 2pm, with an RTC demonstration beginning at 12pm.

The station’s crew will use their equipment to cut open a car as they often do in collisions across Monmouthshire and South Wales.
