AN appeal has been launched after money and sentimental jewellery was stolen in Usk.

The burglary, which took place on Castle Parade in Usk, occurred sometime between 8am on Friday 17th June and 3pm on Sunday 19th June.

Entry was forced into the property by extensive damage to windows.

Taken from the elderly victim was a safe with money and sentimental jewellery inside.
