POLICE have launched an appeal after a 19th century bronze bull statue was stolen from a property in Penallt.
The burglary took place on 23rd July on Hoop Road in Penallt, and occurred sometime between 12.30pm and 5.15pm.
Entry was forced into the property where the HWB Davies statue, from circa 1872, and a heavy duty orange Tanaka brush-cutter strimmer were stolen.
It is believed it would have taken at least two people to lift the bull due to its weight.
