A five-year-old boy is undergoing a series of injections after finding a used needle near a Monmouth playground.

Katie Bishop said the boy, who she did not want to name, accidentally stabbed his finger after finding the needle in a ditch near the Rockfield Community Centre last Saturday (21st May).
